Flying Background: 10 hours logged as a Student Pilot before I was too honest in my medical and mentioned I suffered migraines so CAA (NZ) decided not to grant me a medical. Been flying Flightsim since the very early days of MS Flightsim (FS2) and loved it ever since. Founder of SATPAC (which later became VATPAC) and had two stints as Division Director (I didn’t learn the first time!). Founder and current Division Director of VATNZ (clearly a slow learner as I didn’t learn from the first two times!) Member of VOZ Virtual, Virtual Air New Zealand and Air Source Virtual Pilots Union. VATSIM Supervisor.

Flying background: Started my PPL in 2004, now 2008 and still not quite there!! GFPT license. Approx. 45 hours TT and 22 hours PIC on C172 and PA28. Online flying: Started online in Feb 2006 and have so far racked up over 1700hrs as pilot and around 100 hours as a C1 controller. Joined VOZVA in June 2006 and have flown over 950 hours.

Other interests: Japanese cars (Skyline GTR’s) – don’t hold that against me! Flying of course and homebrewing (full mash)/drinking beer.
